Congratulations to our Junior High Shooter Sports Team for placing 3rd in the State Meet in El Reno on Thursday!!!!!

Congratulations for the High School Softball team for winning regionals Thursday. They will compete at the State Softball Tournament next Wednesday May 2nd.

HS Baseball won the first game over Elmore City-Pernell 13-1 and lost the second game to Fletcher 1-7. They will play at 4:00 P.M. today in Fletcher against Sterling. If they win that game they will play again tonight at 6:00

Baseball/Softball Regionals, Shooter Sports State contests

Our High School Softball and Baseball teams will compete at Regionals this Thursday April 26th. Softball will play against Merritt at 1:00 P.M. at Boone-Apache. Baseball will play against Elmore City at 3:00 P.M. at Fletcher.

Our Junior High Shooter Sports team will compete at the OKSSSP State Shoot in El Reno this Thursday as well. They will shoot against Battiest at 9:00 A.M.

Navajo Public Schools to host both Softball and Baseball Districts

Change of schedule. Due to anticipated weather, the Baseball Districts have been moved up one day to Wednesday and Thursday. The correction is below.

WOSC College Course offered for Care and Treatment of Athletic Injuries

Just want to let you know that WOSC will offer the Care and Treatment of Athletic Injuries course, REQUIRED to be a coach, assistant, and/or volunteer coach for public schools. IF interested, please call Katie Brewer at WOSC @ 477-7925 or send her a written statement asking that she enroll you in the class. She will need a date and your signature on the request as well. MUST ENROLL by next Wednesday, March 14, 2018. Cost is a little less than $400, and it will be documented on a College Transcript.

Basketball Update

The Girls beat Hollis, and will play 1st ranked Christian Heritage Academy today, Friday, March 2nd, at 6:30 at Chickasha High School, 201 John P. Cowan, Chickasha, OK 73018. Admission is $5.00, and we ask that you do not bring any signs, banners, or noisemakers, in accordance with OSSAA guidelines. The game will be broadcast live on KQTZ 105.9FM.

If they win, they advance to the state tournament, and if not, they play again, at the same time and place, Tomorrow, Saturday, March 3rd.

Navajo Lady Indians Become Regional Champions with Win Over Hollis Lady Tigers 53-31

They knew this game could go either way. Yes they have won against the Lady Hollis Tiger before, but it’s a new day and a new atmosphere-it’s the Regionals atmosphere. No matter which way this game went, the Navajo Lady Indians would give 110% on the court.
Our ladies got the ball first, but were struggling to get the a basket. They were rebounding countless times until finally junior Kalee Cross received free throws and put in one of the two to put Navajo on the board.

Navajo Indians Lose to Latta Panthers 65-27, Move onto Consolation Bracket

The Navajo Indians we had been seeing lately were unstoppable. They were expected to be the same unstoppable team. It’s unknown if it was because Latta Panthers are a tough team, or if it was just an “off” day for the Indians but something was not the same for them.
The game was starting out very smooth for the boys. When Latta scored, Navajo also scored. Junior Kolten Hurst even had a nice tip-in to put Navajo on the board. Senior Tristan Netherton was helping evening
